The Albany Academies works to create a space for students to feel empowered to engage in their creativity. Students are given the tools, skills, and opportunities to find their voice in dance, theatre, music, filmmaking, and the visual arts.

Welcome

The Albany Academies has a rich history of educating visual and performing artists in Dance, Theatre, Visual Art, Music, and Filmmaking. An appreciation for the visual and performing arts as a vehicle for self-expression, discovery, and observation is embedded in the fabric of our school. From early childhood through graduation we give students a space to feel empowered to engage in their creativity to develop diligent students of high character who will become curious, critical thinkers.
