We recognize that our current families are our best ambassadors for attracting new students to our community. To show our appreciation and support our school's growth, we are introducing a family referral program for the 2025-2026 admissions cycle. Current Academy families will receive a $1,000 tuition credit for each new student they refer who successfully enrolls.
Eligibility Requirements:
- In order to claim a tuition credit, referring family must be up-to-date on their financial obligations to the school
- To avoid conflicts of interest, school employees are not eligible to participate
- In order to be eligible, a prospective family must be new to our admissions database and the prospective family must reference the referring family in their initial admissions inquiry
Program Details:
- Referring families may submit referrals directly to the Admission Office, which will then contact the prospective family
- Alternative incentives will be arranged for families of graduating seniors
- The $1,000 credit will be applied to the 2025-2026 academic year tuition
- Families may choose to donate their tuition credit back to Albany Academy
- Families may refer multiple students, but total credits cannot exceed a family’s tuition obligation
- All referral incentives require final approval from the Director of Admissions and Chief Financial Officer
Important Notes:
- To protect privacy, referring families will not receive updates about the prospective student's application status
- The Admission Office will manage all communication with prospective families
