Taylor West is Boston-based WS Development’s Sr. Manager of Retail Experience and Incubation, a high-touch program offering solutions designed to help emerging and established brands reach their fullest potential through design, branding, merchandising, and operational support nationwide. With projects featured in Forbes, Glossy, WWD, and Conde Nast Traveler, Taylor opens roughly thirty stores per year with WS and is the host of The Retail Darwin Podcast, which explores the evolution of retail alongside industry thought leaders, founders, and journalists. 

Taylor graduated from Albany Academy for Girls in 2014 and currently holds the secretary position on the Alumnae Council. She joined her current company upon graduation from the College of the Holy Cross in 2018 with degrees in economics and studio art and also studied for a year at Scotland’s University of St. Andrews.
